The FullTilt 5 Bike Receiver Hitch Mount has a designed fold-down mechanism that gives you access from the top of the unit and allows easy access to the rear of your vehicle without kneeling down to reach the release lever. The locking SpeedKnob provides the necessary security to lock your FullTilt 5 Bike Receiver Hitch Mounted Bicycle Rack to your vehicle.
