At Campmor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and equipment manuals are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
